Well we certainly delivered that included a Woody, yes that’s me as your host for the day, you’re every own English chauffeur, and a free grazing platter too, well it is Christmas, among all the other bits and bobs we include to make your day even better.

In fact one of the couples was @pekingduk royalty being the grandparents to Rueben.

These guys were excellent fun to be with, they know there wine, love good food, and love a good yarn!!

Five wine tours in and counting for Bree and Dean.l!!

Picking up in Wodonga with set off for Rutherglen, visiting favourite cellar doors and a couple of new ones too. The tour was packed full of excellent wine, good food, craft ales, wonderful whisky and Woody!! 😜

Temperatures reached 35 degrees outside ☀️ but that was no problem for these guys, with the airflow through the windows and fans whirring away kept these guys just right!! Unlike the broken down tour bus we saw where the air con had packed up!! Youngsters don’t know they’re born 😂

We think Bree will be back for a sixth tour but where we will go next time? Beechworth, Rutherglen or the King Valley? Watch this space.

“Elf Your Self” and we did that today to support the @terryfloydfoundation.

In Elf mode we dressed Santa’s Kombi Sleigh and transported Santa and Mrs.Clause to meet and greet a group of wonderful children so deserving of having an amazing Christmas.

Santa handed out the presents to the children as their faces lit up! It was a heart felt moment for all who contributed and volunteered to this worthy cause.

Darryl at the TFF continues his amazing work throughout the year and this being one of them.

Melbourne cup day turned into Rutherglen Wine Tour trip for Maria and party.

3 Englishmen, a Kiwi and American walk into a bar!! Sounds like the start of a joke doesn’t it? Is isn’t, it actually happened and what an awesome day was had with this group on a wine tour of Rutherglen.

Will booked the tour from the UK and we set about creating a day to remember to delivere a unique wine tour experience.

One of the guest’s father was born in Burton in the UK so we had a good bit of banter about The Rams and all things pommie. Practically brothers we are 😂

How does a wine tour guide relax? Well after yesterday’s wine tour I “cheesed my own adventure” with the assistance of @jamesandcowines .

I kicked back with a glass, or two, of sparkling rose, a very tasty mature cheddar and yummy blue stilton, accompanied with salami, biscuits and a wonderful Sangiovese jelly.

Oh it was exquisite and well deserved if I say so myself 😜

Hooley Dooley!! What a wine tour it was with these guys. They visit every year, for a golf week, and have a day off to drink wine, eat well and have fun. The banter was constant and funny and it never stopped. 🤪

I could even take up golf playing a round with these legends and it was a privilege to be inducted for the day to be their tour host.

One of the cellar doors was an absolute stand-out for them with exceptional vignerons grazing platters, an educating and fun wine tasting experience with kind and attentive cellar door hosts and wine they all loved drinking.

Thanks for choosing us, thanks for the comedy moments and thanks to Gus for being a star and soldering on even when he said he had enough. That bottle of wine, strategically places by Mel, was not going to waste 😂

Every now and again we are asked if we can plan a tour for a family.

Considering these two ‘Very Important Little People’ we were able to prepare wine tour for the adults and a fun tour for the children too.

These two little ladies were very chatty and very polite who loved the jumping castle, playing chess (yes at 5 years old), the colouring in, the monkey bars, Charlie the Cockatoo and the cordial tasting too!

They also enjoyed meeting ‘Junior the Jack Russel’. I said “Pat him gently” and Em’s reply was “it’s OK, we have a cat at home to practice on” 😂

This tour was such a delight and one I will remember for a long time.
